My goodness, where to begin. Well, I suppose at the beginning is the best place to start. My name is Carrie Blakley and I was born on September 18, 1968. Around the Internet I'm known as 'JNC', 'AngelGrace','cnj6768' and 'TheRedwoodRogue'. In the gaming community, I'm known as "Xarra" or "Biannen" (Or variations thereof). I grew up the daughter of an American Baptist minister and his wife in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. I was adopted on October 24, 1968. I'm 100% Irish. I was raised as an American Baptist, but was taught about all religions, and learned most of them very well. I wound up choosing the Celtic Pagan faith as my main faith path because for me, it suits my outlook on life and the way people ought to be treated and respected. Since Paganism is also part of my ethnic heritage, this also became a strong factor when I chose my faith path. My favorite color is Midnight Navy Blue. My favorite metal is Gold. I'm a Reiki 4 master. I'm an ordained non-denominational minister, and I've survived 3 types of Cancer (skin, cervical and breast).

I'm a mother of 2 teenagers, 2 adults and 3 cats. I'm happily married to the love of my life, Jerry, and we were married on February 26, 2001. I enjoy cooking, walking on the beach, collecting shells and flowers to dry, web design, reading, baking, photography, geneology, bird watching and yoga. I practice Native American Elk and Earth medicines, Feng Shui, Auric Healing, Light Healing, Water Therapy, Sound Therapy, Thai Chi, Homeopathic healing and Meditation. Unfortunately, my disabilities make it impossible for me to fully enjoy many hobbies that I once had. At one point in my life, I was a certified deep sea S.C.U.B.A. diver, enjoyed snorkle diving, was an active WSI (water-Safety Instructor), certified OLS (Oceanic Life Saver), did down-hill skiing, X-country Skiing, rock climbing, hiking, fishing and was an advanced Equestarian. Until I was 24, I was an active Women's Gymnastics coach/spotter, teaching at the YMCA in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. I also actively played Tennis, rode both mountain and street bicycles, travelled around the USA (I have also been to 3 other countries) and was an avid jogger.

We lived in a little town called Crescent City, California, which lies right on the literal edge between the Redwood Forest and the Pacific Ocean. There are many Endangered Species that live there, so that particular area is extremely well protected by the US federal government, as well as other environmental protection agencies throughout the US.

Now, we live in California's gold country. Downieville, CA. Established by Maj. William Downie, and California's original capital, Downieville once boasted a population of 5,000 people. Now, Downieville is classified as a 'living ghost town', and has only 325 citizens. Some of the sidewalks are still clapboard. The faces of most of the buildings downtown have not changed, even though ownership of said buildings has changed (obviously) over the past 150 years.
