EXTRATERRESTRIALS

Probably one of the most frightening things anyone could ever possibly experience is the unknown. The fear of the unknown has caused many a person to withdraw into complete insanity, and yet, one of the topics that most people discuss, fits right into the unknown category. Aliens. Extraterrestrials. UFO's. Flying Saucers.

There have been movies made of these, reports of these, recordings of these, and as we can see above, photographs and images of these. Yet with all this information to learn from and study, this area is still as frightening as ever.

For some, on the other hand, it is a career. It takes them to the corners of the world, and beyond. Watching, waiting, hoping for just that one little image....one little hope...the only thing that drives them in the first place... a close encounter. An actual interaction, of any kind, with a real alien.

Are the photos above real? If so, where do these beings come from? Are they time travelers from another planetary system? Are they inter-dimensional travelers from other higher dimensions? Are they possibly even time travelers from our own future? Is there one source, or many?

When asking these types of questions, on a more scientific basis, and look at this from a more specific point, there are many sources. Why? Well, the answer lies in the numbers really.

Think of this fact: Each galaxy is made up of billions upon billions of stars. A fairly high percentage of these stars holds the capability of having its own solar system. Within these solar systems, there is the high probability that one of these planets harbors life, and the chances of this 'life' being more advanced than ours is, also increases, because of the simple fact that the Universe itself is older than we can actual estimate. Billions, possibly trillions, of years old.

Some people feel that these beings are in fact time travelers from our future, based upon possible evolutionary steps that will be taken, either by nature, or by mankind altering genetics. Some scientists believe that it is very possible that with the increased rate of technology today, these 'beings' are in fact 'products' of man's own 'toying' with his own genetic coding, in the search for immortality.

Some Metaphysicians believe that these beings are an entirely different race of 'aliens', from all over the Universe, ranging from the Orion constellation, to the Andromedan Constellation. In fact, there is so muh controversy over this topic, that there is an entire organization that utilizes computer systems to track 'bleeps' and 'blips' heard in deep space. That organizaton is SETI (Search for Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence).

For those who feel they've been aboducted though, the thought of aliens is horrifying. They feel naturally violated, and some have been able to recall the materials these beings used to study their systems. Unexplainable events have occured, which hold very few clues as to who, or what, could have caused these events to occur. Mutilated animals (cows seem to be the 'favored' animal for this), crop circles, lights, sounds and even radiation poisoning in areas which hold no such possibilities for causing this.

Aliens frighten, awe and inspire our hopes, dreams and fears. But think.... what if we are the forefathers and foremothers of those very beings that frighten us so much?
